I found Carpets Direct mid-2020 & it’s one of those ones where you kick yourself & wish you’d found it sooner. The prices & range are excellent & the small team know their trade inside out.

I’ve had both high-end & mid-range carpets, including a complex tartan that went over two floors, and the workmanship of install has been faultless.

When the carpets inevitably moved slightly after being down for a while, CD were straight out at no cost to tidy up & adjust as required - the customer service is second to none, and this is evident by the owner, Dereks approach to business. Conscientious and considerate, his objective is to make sure his customers are happy with his work, and he won’t settle for bodges or “it’ll do for now”.
